The company's heritage goes back to 1878 when the first commercial bakery was opened in Hobart by William Cripps. cripps nubake was launched in 1997 with the merger of 3 regional bakeries. Cripps nubake has operations in Both Hobart and Launceston and manufactures and distributes a range of baked products including bread, Crumpets,Buns, Muffins and rolls. We also produce Shortbread and Anzac biscuits which are marketed locally, Nationally and overseas. Cripps nubake has been heavily involved in the development of Food Quality systems including HAACP certification,Woolworths Vendor Quality Management system, Coles quality Assurance and SQF 2000.
