A developing Permaculture for 25 years, we became certified organic with NASAA 6 years ago, and now offer a wide range of pure produce from our food forest. As an integrated farm our fossil fuel use is minimal. We fertilize with compost and mulch, and basically make sure that the beneficial soil life is happy here. Our inputs are few and natural ( woodchips, seaweed, a little organic grain and lime ) Our pork, eggs,beef, lamb, veges, fruit, nuts and herbs are second to none, or so our customers say! We run Permaculture weekends to teach others how to design their way to peace and plenty also.
