Quick Guide: Entering Your Information on Ekobai.com

Step 1

Sign Up and Registration

Become a Registered User of Ekobai.com in 2 easy steps:

  • Click on Sign Up and input your e-mail and chosen password
  • If your organisation is in our system, you may claim your Profile.  If not contact us at info@ekobai.com and we will add your company and you may then edit and take ownership of it.

Click on My Profile to add information

Step 3

Add a Product Profile

Enter details of your key products.

You can add Product categories for buying and selling directly into your Profile. (see Step 2)

However, you can add in more detail information on specific, new products/services you wish to promote in on Ekobai.com. For example, Products which have eco-labels or certificates.

Step 2

Add an Organization Profile

Enter details of your company or non profit organization

Click on My Profile and then Add Organization to go to our Profile Entry/Edit screen.

Add details and a graphic, plus indicate product areas you wish to buy and sell with other Ekobai.com members.

Adding your EHS Credentials

Promote the Environmental, Health and Safety merits of your Organization or Product.

You may enter data in two ways.

  • Free text description of your EHS performance and programs. Contact us if you need help in writing this in English.
  • Enter any third party audited eco-certificates, eco-labels, memberships or qualifications you have. Contact us if your certificate is not in our database and we can add it.
