Description

THE RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS STANDARD has been developed by the Organisation for Responsible Businesses (ORB) specifically for small and medium sized businesses (SMEs). This auditable certification covers CSR but with a very pragmatic, business orientated approach to ensure a broad, holistic qualification with clear business benefits. The six sections are:  Workplace; Environment; Community; Marketplace; Ethics, Values & Transparency; Business Processes / continuity.  The full requirements of the Responsible Business Standard are detailed in the Responsible Business Workbook <http://www.responsiblebusinessstandard.org.uk/TheWorkbook.html>.  Because The Standard is for SMEs it has also been designed to be affordable, attainable and of value both internally and externally.
